How much does a photo session in Budapest cost?
Photo sessions in Budapest start from 290 €, depending on the length of the session and the number of locations. Most couples choose the Signature Session, which allows enough time for two nearby locations, a relaxed pace and a beautiful variety of images. Every collection includes planning assistance, location guidance and natural posing throughout the session — so you can simply enjoy your time in the city while I take care of the rest.
How far in advance should we book?
For spring and autumn — the most popular seasons in Budapest — it is recommended to book 3–6 weeks in advance. If you are visiting during the summer or on a weekend, earlier booking is advised. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, and if I am available I will be happy to fit you into my schedule.
What is the best time of day for a photo session?
The most beautiful light in Budapest is: shortly after sunrise, one to two hours before sunset. Sunrise sessions are perfect for iconic locations like Fisherman’s Bastion, when the city is quiet and intimate.
Sunset sessions offer warm, cinematic light and a vibrant city atmosphere.
We are not comfortable in front of the camera — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of my couples say this before their session. You will receive gentle and clear guidance throughout the entire experience — from how to stand and walk to where to look — so nothing ever feels forced or awkward. The goal is to create natural, elegant images while you focus on enjoying the moment together.
Can you help us choose the location?
Yes — every session is personally planned. Based on: your session length, the time of day, your outfits, the season. I create a custom route that allows us to photograph you in the best possible light while avoiding crowded areas.
What should we wear for the photo session?
After booking, you receive a detailed style guide with: outfit suggestions, color combinations, tips for elegant and timeless photos. Soft, neutral tones and well-fitting pieces always photograph beautifully in Budapest’s historic environment.
How many photos will we receive and when?
Depending on your chosen collection, you will receive 25–80 carefully edited images. Your gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks, ready for download and easy sharing.
Do you photograph surprise proposals?
Yes — and I help with the full planning process. From choosing the perfect hidden location to creating a natural timeline, everything is designed so the moment feels effortless while being beautifully documented. After the proposal, we continue with a relaxed couple session.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Budapest is beautiful in every season and in almost all weather conditions.
If the weather makes the session impossible, we can: move the session to another time, adjust the location, reschedule to another day. Cloudy weather is actually perfect for soft and romantic photographs.
Do you travel outside Budapest?
Yes. If you are planning your session at Lake Como–style locations around Hungary, vineyards, or countryside estates, travel can be arranged.
